- Rates negotiable for long term renters. Rates apply for groups of up to ten.
- Payment method transfer in Sterling or Thai Baht direct to bank account.
- Flexible change over days.
- A 25% deposit payable upon booking, balance due 8 weeks before commencement date.
- £500 security deposit to cover damages, refunded within 2 weeks of departure less damages and breakages.
