Nai Harn is South of Kata and north of Promthep Cape, A quiet little spot at the southern end of Phuket, due to the under development. This is down to the Samnak Song Nai Harn monastery, in the middle of the beach area.
This has stopped excessive development and is the reason that the beach is less crowded than other areas in the southern part of the island.

Excellent night life is not far with Kata, Karon and Patong 15 - 30 minutes away. There are also numerous small bars in the immediate area and two night clubs open 'til 6 am, though these are liveliest in the high and mid seasons even in the summer season the Rawai & Nai Harn areas are still lively with the large number of expats who have made the area their home.

boats and liveaboards depart from each morning returning in the evening. There are a
